Bobby Wertheim

FOUNDING PARTNER
Bobby has spent over 15 years immersed in the video gaming landscape, contributing to the creation of numerous successful titles, ranging from solo indie gems to AAA blockbusters.
His experience includes a broad industry knowledge via various roles spanning content sourcing, contract negotiation, production, QA, and publishing process/strategy management.
Christian Bliss

PARTNER
Christian began his career as a games journalist in 1999, served as an internal games evaluation expert for PlayStation for over 12 years, then undertook various scouting roles across indie publishing.
He prides himself on providing objective and comprehensive appraisal at any stage of a project’s creative process and generating appropriate feedback to address any issue raised.
MAGDALENA BUSS

GAME SCOUT
With a career marked by over 3,500 project evaluations and contributions to BAFTA-nominated titles like Röki, Magda has played a key role in building successful publishing labels such as United Label.

She is a passionate advocate for indie game development, blending her expertise in scouting, publishing, and fostering developer relationships.
KATYA HANNA

MARKETING & OPERATIONS

Katya began her career in the gaming industry in EA-Canada, contributing to successful titles like Need for Speed and Army of Two. She then expanded her expertise by working closely with indie developers across the globe
With a strong focus on crafting effective marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, Katya ensures that every game, whether from a superindie team or a solo developer, communicates its essence clearly and resonates with its audiences
Charlotte Rouget-Murphy

DIGITAL STRATEGY
Char began her career as a Production Intern, before shifting over to Digital Account Manager working at SEGA Europe primarily managing digital distribution, later working in the marketing team with a focus on Steam. Once leaving SEGA she wanted to merge her expertise and love for indie studios and has been working with them ever since.
Her knowledge bank covers a variety of areas - including work with digital events, content creation, game review which gives her a strong angle for various kinds of feedback.
